BUGS Screening and Q & A
Josh Evans ’12 and Andreas Johnsen
follows Yale Sustainable Food Program alum Josh Evans ’12 and chefs Ben Reade and Roberto Flore around the world as they explore food cultures and local food systems in pursuit of deliciousness, all the while teasing apart the contradictions and controversies surrounding the eating of insects. In the film, the trio — the main research team of the Nordic Food Lab’s edible insect project — is followed by Andreas Johnsen, the film’s director. Both Josh and Andreas will join us for the screening and buggy snacks afterward. Co-sponsored by Silliman College.
