Phoenix is Yale’s traditional Asian dance troupe, the Spring Show is Phoenix’s annual showcase of all their new choreography. Come celebrate the end of the year and beginning of reading week with Phoenix. We’ll take you across time and space, with dances from a variety of East and Southeast Asian traditions—from Xinjiang to modern Chinese to Tibetan to Indonesian.
Featuring a special collaboration with the International Silat Federation and guest performances by Bapak Waleed, founder of the International Silat Federation, JaSU, and Wushu.
