Once Removed: Sculpture’s Changing Frame of Reference
This exhibition features artworks from 1974 to the present by 17 artists, including Carol Bove, Ree Morton, and Allen Ruppersberg, who exemplify the diversity of sculptural practice today. The works in the exhibition come to life through an engagement with the artists’ rich array of references to objects, events, and economies far removed from the museum’s gallery spaces.
